Notice of Annual General Meeting
In accordance with the organizational policies and governance framework of UFootballSC, notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the organization will be held as follows:
Date: Sunday, November 15, 2026
Time: 7:00 PM
Location: UFootballSC Head Office – 210 Markland Dr, Etobicoke, Ontario, M9C 1R2
Purpose of the AGM
The Annual General Meeting provides an opportunity to:
• Present an overview of the organization’s activities, programs, and accomplishments during the previous operating year.
• Review the ongoing development of youth soccer initiatives and community programs supported by UFootballSC.
• Share updates regarding the organization’s governance, operational objectives, and future direction.
• Confirm and conduct elections for available Board of Directors positions in accordance with the organization’s governing policies.
Attendance Eligibility
The AGM is open to members of the Board of Directors, academy staff, coaches, volunteers, team officials, and other eligible members of UFootballSC who remain in good standing with the organization.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for the organization while supporting the continued growth of youth soccer within the community.

Members interested in serving on the Board and contributing to the future development of UFootballSC are encouraged to submit a nomination.

Proxy Voting
Members who are unable to attend the Annual General Meeting may appoint an eligible representative to vote on their behalf.

Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 6:00 PM
The designated representative must present the completed proxy authorization form at the meeting in order to exercise voting privileges.
